u-alert License Agreement

Read the full agreement. You must accept before accessing your dashboard.

1. Proprietary Software. u-alert is proprietary software owned by its developer. It is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Subscription Required. A valid paid subscription is required to access and use this software. Any use outside an active subscription is prohibited and constitutes a breach of this agreement.

3. Single User License. This license grants access to one individual user on their own personal computer. Sharing account credentials or granting access to others is strictly prohibited.

4. No Redistribution. You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, resell, or otherwise transfer this software or any portion of it to any third party under any circumstances.

5. No Reverse Engineering. Decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or otherwise attempting to derive source code, algorithms, or trade secrets from this software is prohibited.

6. No Warranty. This software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the software.

8. Termination. This license terminates automatically and immediately upon cancellation or expiry of your subscription, or upon any violation of these terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the software.

9. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the developer's principal place of business.

Your agreement date will be recorded to your account.
